Following the birth of your baby, a lot of changes take place. Especially to mama's body. Postpartum no matter your birth experience your body is different. That is what is supposed to happen. But, with the changes comes instability. Due to the pregnancy moms core is weaker, and then we add all of the forward positions we are in. The upper back take the brunt of the work. With the strain comes stiffness, muscle soreness and pain. Below are my favorite exercises to give the upper back some much needed movement and stability.
